What is your returns policy?

We hope you are happy with your purchase however in the case of a faulty or incorrect order, we will happily provide you with a full refund and will cover postage costs. For change of mind returns or incorrect sizing exchanges, store credit will be offered and you will be responsible for all return postage costs.

Items must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, undamaged, unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With tags still attached
  • With order number included with the package via the completed returns form

Can I exchange an item?

Yes you can. For change of mind or incorrect sizing, return the item to us to receive store credit to spend on another item. You will be responsible for all return postage costs. For more info, refer to returns policy above.

How do I return an item?

If in the rare event you receive a faulty item or incorrect order, or if you simply changed your mind on your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

To return a parcel:

  1. Download and complete our returns form here
  2. Include the completed returns form along with your invoice and purchased items in your return package
  3. Send your package to:

Please ensure your return parcel is packed securely and both the sender’s and Closet Wise return address is clearly visible. We recommend using registered post or another traceable delivery method for all returns.

How long after delivery can I made a return?

You can return items to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. Refer to returns policy above for more detail.

Have you received my returned items?

We will process your return within three business days of receiving your item. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued with a store credit, which you can put towards your next purchase. In the case of an exchange, you will need to re-order the new item using the store credit. If in the rare event that you are returning an item due to it being faulty or an incorrect order, we can offer you either a full refund or a store credit. We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders.
